    > 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

    > 1 teaspoon of fresh basil cilantro or parsley

    > 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

    > 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar

    > 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (i prefer olive oil)

    > 4 medium of boneless skinless chicken breast

    > 1 lime or lemon (optional)

    > Pepper and salt to taste


      (1) Combine all the dry seasoning in a bowl. Season either side of the chicken with the dry seasoning mix.

      (2) Now heat a grill pan to high heat for about 2-3 minutes then lower the heat to medium-high and add the oil to the pan and ensure the pan is coated with oil.

      (3) Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes on one side, until the undersides develop dark grill marks. Flip the chicken breasts then also cook the other side for 5-6 minutes.

      How do you grill the chicken without a grill pan?

      If you don’t have a grill pan no problem you can use a baking sheet/broil ban/pan, just make sure you cut your chicken breast into pieces.

      (1) Coat Baking Sheet/Pan with oil/pam and turn broiler to high. ensure your oven rack is in the right spot for broiling,1 or 2 down from the top!

      (2) Place chicken pieces on the pan

      (3) Sprinkle chicken breast with the ingredients, rub thoroughly and cook for 7 minutes, flip over the chicken breasts, cook for another 7 minutes

      (4) Test one piece by cutting it into pieces to check if the chicken is good because the chickens are different.
