I was born and raised in South Africa. I would like to share my short story and why I became a blogger
My blogging journey began when I didn’t get space at the UJ (university Johannesburg) and unfortunately was the only university that I applied for my teaching career.
I was depressed because all my friends were accepted at the different universities, but guess what? there was one of my friends or I can call him my brother from another mother.
His name is Honeyguide (Hlalala in Our Language), he came up with the idea of blogging.
When he told me about his idea and explain everything to me, I was like what?
Then he showed me all the ropes and also shared his success story with me.
I was amazed and just like that realized that the opportunity I was looking for was right in front of me!
I mean I wanted to be a teacher in order to help other people achieve their goals and dreams and this became my ultimate opportunity to help other people with something that I love.
WHY I WANT TO HELP PEOPLE
Since I was at the age of 13, I wanted to live a healthy lifestyle, because there was one of my friend who was overweight and I didn’t wanna be like him. I’m not throwing any shades or anything!
He ate too much-processed foods and junk food without doing any exercise, so I decided to come up with the idea of exercising with him by playing soccer.
But as time went on, after 2 years if I’m not mistaken, that soccer team died.
So there was no exercise we could do anymore that time.
That’s where the problem started because was the one who started gaining more weight, that’s when I told myself that with or without a soccer team I must become fit and healthy for the rest of my life.
I was at the age of 17 when being fit and healthy became my lifestyle. That’s why I decided to help people with something that I love.
My goal for this blog is to help men and women to become fit and healthy.
I’ve made it my personal mission to spread the word about simple, healthy, and actionable weight loss tips to help you transform your body.
I want to hear or see people achieving their goal of living a healthy lifestyle that’s why my focus in this blog is about Healthy recipes, Yoga, and also Workouting to be fit.
